Supervision
- Vanessa Scaife, Founder & CEO, provides a structured environment. She monitors and enforces the rules and regulations of the home.
Individual Responsibilities
- Each resident signs a contract to establish stabilization. The contracts are temporary and can be revised.
- Each resident is accountable for her daily plans (out-patient therapy, vocational rehabilitation, daily in-house meetings, employment, school, or community service).
Therapeutic Agencies
- The Lighthouse Home partners with the therapeutic community, the health department, social services, the Social Security Administration, treatment centers, vocational rehabilitation, Narcotics Anonymous, churches, food ministries, and colleges.
